Thank you for pointing this out. The exterior layer is the only layer that is mandatory. We will be updating our documentation and service to remove the requirement for the unit layer.

When we convert DWG to GeoJson using Azure Maps API, if we pass wrong Unit Layer name (any random name, which doesn't exists n DWG) in manifast.json file, the conversion is not throwing any error, it just returns the empty geometry n GeoJson. While if we send wrong name for exterior layer, it throws the error.
Why we have kept different behavior for these 2 layers, while both are mandatory? If user can give any random name for Unit Layer, what is the meaning of making it mandatory?
