Authenticator App & Facebook

I am using the MS Authenticator app for Facebook MFA. Unfortunately when I put the code in from the app, Facebook tells me the code is incorrect. When I ask for them to send a push notification, authenticator doesn’t receive anything. I’m trying to figure out next steps for this issue. Any help or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
