Visual Studio 2022 - Vue Standalone Template - Vue 3.0

Question

The new Vue template creates a 2.6 version Vue web site in Visual Studio 2022. How would I configure it to create a Vue 3.0 version since that is now the default?

I am not seeing a way to do that out of the box even with the new Vue CLI installed globally.
