Fail to create WPA3-Enterprise profile with unexpected error occurred message on WIndows 10 21h2 OS

I'm unable to create a WPA3-Enterprise profile with 21h2 OS build 19044.1526.
I'm using Intel Wi-Fi 6E AX210 160MHz wireless adapter with driver 22.110.1.1.
I'm seeing "Unexpected Error Occurred" dialog window every time I tried to create a WPA3-Enterprise profile. Attaching 2 screenshots for reference that shows the problem I'm facing.

Note: I'm able to successfully create WPA3-Personal or WPA2-Enterprise profiles.
Impact: It's a blocker since I'm unable to create & connect to a WPA3ENT.
I appreciate your time in helping me resolve this issue.

    Hello @Sumanth Suvarna

It is true that has been different known issues on Microsoft side since the release of WPA3 in version 2004, but those were completely fixed through to version 21H2. In this case, it will be recommended to consult with the manufacturer.

    Other options from settings perpective:

    • Downgrade driver to a previous version
    • Change the default bandwidth protocol (some devices may have issues encrypting data at 6Ghz) 1.Right-click Start in the bottom left corner. 2.Click Device Manager. 3.Click the > sign to expand the Network adapters entry. 4.Right-click the wireless adapter and click Properties. 5.Clickthe Advanced tab to configure the advanced settings.

Setting: 802.11n/ac/ax Wireless Mode or HT Mode Values: -VHT mode or 802.11ac: enables 802.11ac data rates (5Ghz) -802.11ax: enables 802.11ax data rates (6Ghz)

Hope this helps with your query,

Did this issue get resolved? I'm also unable to create a WPA3-Enterprise profile with 21h2 OS build 19044.2006 and get the exact same error.
    I'm using Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX201 160MHz wireless adapter with driver 22.40.0.7
I have tried upgrading the intel driver, but get the same error.

This appears to work in Window 11 and looks to be an issue with the specific 21h2 OS build

For me, the solution provided in the reply @Limitless Technology was effective and resolved my issue. I changed the setting 802.11n/ac/ax from ax to ac.

    Thank you.

In my case this is not working on a Win10 22H2 and using Qualcomm WCN685x adapter supporting 802.11ax.

I have some doubs that this would be a driver issue as the profile depend on windows and not the adapter manufacturer.
