Connecting a bot to Skype for over 100 users

At the moment, are there any ways for the bot to appear in the global Skype search and expand the number of users?

Hi,

Sorry, starting October 31, 2019, the Skype channel will not accept new requests to publish bots. This means that you can develop bots using the Skype channel, but the bot will only be available to 100 users. You will not be able to publish the bot to more users. The current bots on Skype will work without interruption.

If you have a running bot before that day, you can use it. But for now new bot can not expand to more than 100 users.
