While I a, creating the IOT Edge runtime in DE10 Nano board by following the method described in the below link

I faced a problem at Step 5.
I also gone through the troubleshoot manual but it didn't help
I am attaching the screenshots of the problem I faced.
Please help me get through this issue.

If you cannot find your issue there, please submit an issue there because the product team is probably actively monitoring that page.
