office online 2017

Question

It is the Office Online service deployed by ourselves, and the version is 2017. There is no problem with Word Online. Meanwhile, there is a problem with some files in Excel Online. So I wonder if it is the specific format of the file itself, or some bugs in the 2017 version, etc

According to your image on the thread, the interface on the screenshot looks like a mobile device, does this issue occur with computer?

Please go to OOS server, open the IIS Manager, then refer to the solution from article: Solution for “Request Entity Too Large” error.
