Azure Machine Learning app for Excel incorrect positive and negative sentiment - feedback?

We have just trialled the Azure ML excel add in and used the sentiment analyser. The majority of results are coming back with false positive and negative results. Where would we feedback our results to support development and is there support out there for new users? Ended up here and the support ticket system was unclear as to which ticket area to allocate.
