can't connect api link using excel

We are trying to fetch data into an excel file using API however it is not working. We are able to access the same API using postman and other tools, it seems excel /office is blocking the connections. Can you please help us to resolve this.

    It seems the username is incorrect, try to remove @kpler.com from User name and check if it will help.
