Hi
I have a problem in observing online suggested templates in Microsoft Office LTSC Professional Plus 2021.
I can search for more templates by typing the name in the search box, but I need to observe the suggestions and templates category.
Could anyone help me to solve it?

In other versions of Microsoft Office, it is possible to choose the category of templates, according to the picture below (the photo does not belong to my system)
But in Microsoft Office LTSC Professional Plus 2021, I don't have access to this part.
From the "We don't have any Office Templates now" message in the Word screen shot, it appears that Word is having a hard time connected to the online template server. Please try repairing Office, then try again.
