Dynamics 365 Platform with Inventory Management System and ECommerce Platform

Question

Currently we are using following in house tools and planning replace them it with Dynamics 365 Platform

1. Inventory Management System
2. ECommerce Platform (Web and Mobile)

Please let me know how to implement above two business scenarios by using Dynamics 365 Platform?
