I am scanning pdf using Form Recognizer v3.0 beta with General Document Model. It doesnt recognize header, footer values either in entites or keyvalues.

Is it the limitation in General Document Model?

    @Anandkumar Michael

    Yes, you are right. General Document Model is not supporting foot and header now, alternatively you can extract foot and header by creating you customer model. Since the V3.0 is only preview now, I will forward your feedback to product group for further review.

    How to create custom model: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/applied-ai-services/form-recognizer/concept-model-overview#custom

    Other tips for General Document Model are:

    • Data must contain keys and values.
    • Keys must appear above or to the left of the values; they can't appear below or to the right.

    Hope this helps!

    Regards,
