Im just trying to add a printer. It keeps asking me to log in and when I do I get this weird error. It say I cannot access the application xxxxxxxxxx(Universal Print Native Client) in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user inthe tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account.

This is just my personal laptop.

Hi @Pete Jaeger , if I understand correctly you're trying to add a printer but are getting this error? This error is usually caused by attempting to sign in with an unsupported identity provider, but you can fix this by adding one: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/external-identities/external-identities-overview

Please let me know if this fixes your problem. If so, please verify this solution so other users may reference it.

If you have any questions please let me know.

    Thank you,
    James
