How to enable the activities log as that is the most important feature?

Removing office-teams-app-dev tag as this not related to Teams App Development related query.
The Milestones power app originally had an activities log to record actions within a project tasks. This feature is marketed in the original training material. However now when you install the Milestone application there is no activities log option. It appears to be a developer changes, but I want to make sure.

@Gavin, Kevin - Once you have completed your first work item, you will see that it updates in the Tracking screen. You will see that it also gets added to the activity log on the right-hand side.

The issue is there is no Activity log. The activity log is not enabled. Could this be a GCC issue?

Has this been fixed? Is there a setting that is required?
I've just started using this app for the very reason it has the activity log, so when the activity log doesn't appear it makes me want to rethink whether to use this. #milestonesapp
This issue remains unresolved. Not sure why Microsoft removed the activity log from original release. Disappointing.
