Como alterar o formato da data no SQL

Boa tarde!

Estou criando uma consulta e preciso alterar o padrão da coluna data que aparece no BD dessa forma (2017-05-26 16:17:50.100). Preciso que a data fique no padrão brasileiro e mostre apenas as horas e os minutos.
