AZ-900 Cert Retake Inquiry

Hello I received an email that stated "Thank you for taking Microsoft certification exam Microsoft Azure Fundamentals. While you didn't pass this time, you can retake your exam and give it another try." then had the retake policies attached. I looked at them and it said that I could retake 24 hours after my prior exam but I'm not seeing an option for retake anywhere except for this one link found at Dashboard > Certifications & Exams > Exams > How to retake an exam, https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/learning/exam-certification-retakes.aspx , which is broken and says "We are sorry, the page you requested cannot be found."

Please let me know what my options are on this and whether or not I will have to repay for the exam.
