Remote Help outside organization

I have deployed Remote Help app to my computers and installed it manually on partner's machine. If I am not mistaken, is it so that Remote Help works only inside same organization's computers? When I try to launch it from partner's computer (outside of my organization), it doesn't even ask for credentials, just "this app isn't available for your organization".

Computers/Users inside my organization can support each other fine, but not with partner-outsider.

    If you have deployed it a moment ago, it takes a little when it will work.
