How to create a MTP device over IP

I am planning to connect my Android device to a PC via MTP, but not over USB
I know that Windows 10 supports MTP over IP.
I can running a MTP Responder service in Android device.
But how to create/connect a MTP device over IP in windows?
Do I need to customize a driver?
Is there a demo?

    Currently it is not possible from Windows software perspective to enable MTP using an IP address. I would suggest to prompt your question in a Android forum since there may be 3rd Party apps or settings on your android system that can emulate the transmission.
