my certfication profile is showing null, whereas i have completed az-900 and az-400

Question

i want my certification links to be updated in my organization.
but my certification link associated with the account official.sujit@Stuff .com is not visible in the portal. it is throwing error as your certification profile could not be loaded, please contact support.
please help me in this regard.
