Audio problem on Zoom

I have this problem since a few months ago where sometimes the audio from Zoom would produce such cackling or popping noise when I was on a meeting, but it didn't happen all the time. It often happened when I clicked some heavy things (?), like when I clicked new tab on Edge, or some buttons might trigger the noise. I still don't know exactly what was the reason but I have been searching up for it, I tried to troubleshoot, changed the volume settings, but it stays the same.
Has anyone ever experienced this?

Btw, my laptop is Asus Vivobook X421EQ_S433EQ

If you're using a 3rd party Audio interface to disable any Audio enhancements from Zoom Settings > Audio, such as suppressing background noise and options under 'Music and Professional Audio'. After doing so, see if that helps. If not, I'd also suggest checking all drivers are up-to-date.
