How can we trigger monitor alerts manually for a web app.

I wish to trigger the monitor alerts manually, I do not have access to the web app, I just have access to the portal.

    You don't have the ability to trigger them manually. What you can do is set a lower threshold to force an alert to be triggered.
    e.g., You have an alert that normally is triggered when CPU load is at 90%, but to force the trigger you set the threshold to 1%.
