We cannot install Azure VPN Client from Microsoft Store. It requires a user to sign in with a personal account, which we do not allow in our Org. Tried to use winget cmd, and that failed as well. Is there an offline installer, or an alternate solution?

I already tried that, but it fails!
Free apps should be installed without any login prompt. Here is a GitHub thread that has been created where the respective product owners mentioned that the update is on its way. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
Thanks for the information. I did review the post. Although this does not offer any resolution to the matter at hand. There must be an option for some type of offline installer.
