Bing Maps API error: "Failed to get keys"

Dear all,

For a while now, I have been trying to access the "My Keys" area of the Bing Maps API online console (under an Educational account). However, every time I try, I get an error saying:

"Failed to get keys."

And nothing else gets displayed. Unfortunately, it seems that MPNET can only assist Enterprise accounts, not Educational accounts. Therefore, I am at a loss: I simply cannot use any of the Bing Maps API since I cannot check or generate keys.

In a situation like this, how can one proceed to solve the technical issue that might be leading to this error? I have tried different web-browsers (including incognito modes), even under different machines and different internet connections - no luck.

Any help would be very much appreciated.

    Hi Fabvas,

You are on a Basic account and you should be able to sign on at "BingMapsPortal.com". MPNET is there to assist with account info and is not limited to Enterprise accounts. MapLic is the alias that is limited to licensing Enterprise accounts. Please reach out to MPNet@Microsoft.com and explain that you are having difficulty with your account.

    Sincerely,
    IoTGirl
