Where I can get the x64 version of VSASSERT.DLL, the one shipped with VS 2022 SDK is 32 bit VSASSERT.DLL. which is failing to to load in the x64 Debug build.

VS is not prompting error message, but failing to load the addin DLL due to the missing dependency with the VSASSERT.DLL (x64).
