why cant i sign in

Bought a business basic account but can do absolutely nothing with it. MS Teams doensnt work. Cant even sign in at all actually, it keeps telling me i cant sign in with a personal account and use a business account. Where is the business account? I signed up with a certain email and that one wont work so I'm stuck with no actual benefit after paying for this. Help?

    If you are trying to sign in to and application of Word, Teams, Excel, or Powerpoint. This will not work. Business basic only includes the use of web apps. You will need to sign in at office.com.

    Is your account end with onmicrosoft.com?

    Can you login in Office 365 admin center by using your account?

    To my knowledge, the first Office 365 user must have assigned license of Microsoft Teams from Office 365 Admin center. After that user can sign into Microsoft Team. For more details, you can refer to:
