Getting the following ORACLE Source Error. Unable to find out what is the cause. Please share your inputs if anyone came across this error. Thanks.

Sorry for the late reply. We have scaled up the server configuration (Processor & RAM) to handle this. After that, we haven't faced any issues. It seems like volume of the source query is quite large hence running out of memory.

Hi Guru,
Can you please clarify if the server (for which you increased RAM) that you referring to is, the server from which you are fetching data. Not the one where you are copying to (sink) or any infrastructure where you are running ADF pipelines. We are facing same issue and any help will be greatly appreciated.
