cannot view Certificates in microsoft learning certification dashboard

Hello when I click on view Certificates in microsoft learning certification dashboard I get the following error:

Sorry, we could not find your certification profile. Please Contact Support.

Microsoft Certification / Exams is currently not supported in the Q&A forums.
