hello, im having problems with ClickOnce, it starts up when i turn on my pc and is using 85% up to 98% of my cpu without me doing anything. it is killing the performance of my pc how can i stop this or what can i do about it?

You could find how it is launched with Autoruns
and remove it (as Admin)

and how do i find it? im looking around but can't find the name ClickOnce and don't know what files are within it

What is launched at StartUp, like in Logon or Scheduled Tasks ?

Startup nothing but windows defender
Logon: it's vpn, cmd and 2 times n/a from system32\mscories.dll
and schedule tasks: Asus, Nvidia and windows powershell nothing else...

For example, I have hundreds of Scheduled Tasks
and dozens at Logon :

i reinstalled windows that's why

You could try do disable entries like the 2 mscories.dll
(Autoruns launched as Admin if access is denied)
