I tried to renew my subscription, I was given the error you do not have the right to update, I thought there was some error in the system, I tried again, an error, I am creating an appeal to the shadow support, they answer me that we could not check your account, your account will remain closed

I was bothered by the closed offer, how? After 10 minutes, a message arrives, your azure subscription is disabled, I didn't understand anything, I can't update, I created an appeal where I was gently sent, and the subscription was blocked in addition.

How can this issue be resolved? By calling Microsoft itself? Or where? I don't know anymore.

After all the answers, I ask a second question, and it answers me as if a bot, not a person, the answer was the same, we could not verify your account, that is, I corresponded with a bot, not with a person, how can this be?
