App pool service issue

When we tried to access our SharePoint online site coming up with attached error.
Its on and off.. not consistent.

is there any way we can do some thing about it proactively to anticipate this error and fix it before?
Can we implement any SharePoint DSC powershell script on this? or performing any CICD test on this?
Please suggest.

Is the issue happening to all users?

Did this error happen on other servers or browsers? You could monitor your Service Health Dashboard to see if there will be announcing a Service Incident.
