Dear madam, dear sir,

I have a problem setting up the fingerprint. When I go to the Settings to set up the fingerprint I get this message: ,, Something went wrong. Try again later." I tried so many recommended things that I found in this forum. I do not know, what should I go or what should I try. Could anybody help me?

Best regards

Adam

    Hello @Adam Kuršel

If your computer belongs in a domain, you should check with your system administrator, as some logon types may be disabled by default. Besides that, on personal computers, majority of causes for this message is related to the driver of the fingerprint reader. Follow the next steps to fix it:

1.Check and remove if any fingerprints are left in Sign in option (if any)
2.Go to Device manager and uninstall device. Click the suboption to uninstall device from this system.
    3.Reboot the machine
4.Download and install the latest drivers for the device from the manufacturer's website
5.Go back to sign in options and re-enroll the fingerprint.

Hope this helps with your query,
