AD and KeyCloak

2022-02-21T05:49:22.837+00:00

Is it possible to get my on-prem AD connected with keycloak that will help us with our various external application?
We want to maintain the AD as our ID Provider. Assuming our apps support OAuth etc. This setup will also act as SSO. On high level I assume this is possible but is there any details that we must look for ? challenges ?

Thank you

    Hello @(Arasun) Murugarasan Muthukrishnan

Apparently Keycloak is a 3rd Party software for Identity Management that can be integrated with an LDAP infrastructure such as Active Directory. This should not be a problem, but however you should contact the manufacturer of the software or their community forums, to understand what are the specific features, requisites, and configurations to deploy it over Active Directory.

Hope this helps with your query,
