Please suggest me VM options if my requirements needs to have more GPU's and RAM for intensive graphical usage . Will be using tools like AutoCAD , AutoDesk and other 3D design tools. Please give me an insight into the pricing also.

The Standard_NV6 are built for this kind of GPU load. I highly recommend using them especially if you need to do intensive graphical processing (e.g., AutoCAD)
You can find the GPU/High Performance compute optimized sizes from the following shown filters. This can be accessed from VM Sizes page. Note the sizes availability is different in different region. So, search through azure regions to find the exact requirement you are looking for

@Manu Philip , Can you suggest me a good sizing option if I want to have the criteria mentioned in my question.

You have the NC-Series that provides the same performance. Standard_NC6s_v3 should be a good starting point for your needs.

I see that you are looking for available VM options that have more and powerful GPUs and RAM for intensive graphical usage.
You can look at NVsv3 and NVasv4 family of VM sizes to plan and pick according to your requirement and check the prices accordingly, as NV and NV_Promo series will soon be retired.
