Unable to add or retrieve secrets fron Key vault in azure portal

Unable to add KeyVault secrets and retrieve from it.

Please see below screenshots related to it. Strangely it is working from AZ CLI.
I don't have any private network.
Could you please help me here.

    Strangely it is working fine without doing anything after 2 days.

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Could you please collect HTTP network trace from browsers' developer tool to check if there any HTTP errors? because this would provides verbose reason for failure as shown below and I have included some of common troubleshooting guidance for respective HTTP errors. Hope this helps.
