How to import excel to sharepoint list which one column in list is defined as lookup type?

I have a excel list in the SP folder, and now the request is to import the excel rows to a SP list when the file is modified,
The problem now is:
the lookup column in the list cannot be imported well when I choose the excel column when doing the flow. It need the id, but I am not sure which ID is needed?
Is there any solution？

Could you please provide some screenshot to let me see how does your flow work? How do you create the list, is it based on excel? -
