How to import excel columns to Sharepoint list of the multiple line of text which the length is more than 255?

When I import excel rows to a sharepoint list via MS flow, the length pf one column in Excel is more than 255, like 400, then the SP list will have a error, it cannot be imported to list column "Multiple line of text" type.
Is there any solution？
