Cannot remove Azure DevOps organization as owner and AD guest user

I have created an Azure DevOps organization while being a guest user on an AD. As a consequence, I am not able to access the organization and I want to have it deleted. How can I delete the organization or is Microsoft able to do so?

Could you please elaborate what are the issues you are facing while access the organization you have created.

You can delete the organization you have created by login to https://dev.azure.com/{yourorganization}
and then navigate to Organization settings and there is an option to delete the organization.

When I try to access the organization at my URL, it says I am not authorized to view the page (403 - Uh-oh, you do not have access). However, I am the owner thus admin of the organization. When I click the button to request access, my own e-mail address receives an e-mail and redirects me to the organization, which I am still not able to access. This has presumably been caused due to having created the organization while being a guest user on an AD.

Are you able to delete the organization for me?
The URL is as follows: https://dev.azure.com/QbuzzAnalytics/.

You can delete the organization you have created by login to https://dev.azure.com/{yourorganization}

Hi @EStoelinga ,

I am not authorized to access the organization.

Did you tried to clear the browser cache using ctrl+shift+R. It might be the browser cache issue .

Also, you can try to create a new incognito window and sign in to your organization https://dev.azure.com/QbuzzAnalytics/ with the invited account in this incognito window.

This is because when the user clicked the email invitation, this will automatically jump to the browser to use the default account cached by the browser to log in to the organization, and this default account could not be the invited account.

Hello Shweta,

I have tried to access the organization through an incognito window, but the issue remains. To be clear: the invited account and the account that is the owner of the organization are the same. However, I am not able to access the organization.

Who should be authorized to remove the organization in that case?
