Office 365 never update

Question

Hi All ,

I have about 30% of the machines inventory never get Office 365 updates from MECM . working and working machines all have same client settings , same registry keys & settings and same GPOs

Office 365 updates are enabled to be managed by ConfigMgr.

any clue ?

1. Could we check whether the updates that we deploy to these 30% of the clients are what it needs or not?
2. May we know that if we change the update channel after we enable Microsoft 365 Apps clients to receive updates from Configuration Manager?

The Office ADR is not based on title , I'm using the "Required" criteria to select what updates the firm need.

If I repair Office online , then the machine is able to get Office updates . but this is not a good solution
