Visual Studio Code - is this a free source-code editor. Can this be use for client facing development?

We are from Accenture in Advance Technology Center in the Philippines.

Our team is currently using Visual Studio Code version 1.63 as our source code editor for React.js. Our legal team what to confirm with you if we are able to use this software for client facing projects. Can you please confirm and provide details? Thank you in advance.
