Hi Team,
We have Scom 2019 Environment and recently we sew a problem that "Failed to Connect" alert is healthy but not closed automatic.
the servers that had the alert is managed by different management servers so its not a problem on a specific management server.

Thanks

    Hi,

Go to the properties of the monitor, click Alerting tab to see if the option "Automatically resolve the alert when the monitor returns to a healthy state" is selected. Here is a link with the detailed steps for the reference:
    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/system-center/scom/manage-alert-created-by-monitor?view=sc-om-2019#to-determine-if-an-alert-is-resolved-automatically

If the setting is already set. But it is not working. It is a little strange. Here, we suggest to clear cache on management server and agent, then schedule a non-business time to do restart to see if it can be fixed.
