InteropBitmap and WriteableBitmap do not update

Is too laggy what I want to do when I use bitmap to update my pictures in the Image control, I will not update the machine on 8K definition. I must set it up for software rendering, but it will be stuck. What is the problem? The same code is perfect in other machines.
