Bonsai Workspace Not Present when Launching

I am trying to launch a Bonsai workspace created by our Azure admin, but it is not present when trying to launch:
Same tenant, same subscription, but the launch screen claims the workspace is not present. Advice?
Also tags are a lie because there is no Bonsai tag.

2022-02-23T13:08:06.287+00:00 Where are you seeing the welcome screen with error message? I just tried to create a workspace and was able to lunch it successfully. It's also possible you don't the appropriate access role, have you tried contacting your Azure admin?

2022-02-23T13:10:55.943+00:00 I have tried contacting my Azure admin, if he ever responds I'll see what he has to say. The welcome screen and error message appears when clicking "Launch Bonsai Workspace" from the Azure Portal.

2022-02-23T19:03:40.437+00:00 I tried accessing the URL in the solution you provided. It is inaccessible and redirects to https://preview.bons.ai/workspaces
I see no provisioned resource group, just a single resource group which I assume is the hosting resource group because it existed before the Bonsai workspace was created. I have Contributor in the hosting resource group. Where would one set the provisioned resource group?

2022-02-23T22:26:20.593+00:00 If the provisioned 'managed' resource group is missing from workspace, my guess is that the workspace wasn't deployed correctly. When I created a workspace, the managed resource group was created automatically. I'm not sure if you can manually create a managed resource group for the service. My suggestion would be to create a new workspace, follow-up with your admin, or explore available help options for the service.
