how to avoid this in the future, i'm thinking it from rehires and softdeletes

    Hi,

    Could you please provide information on whether this is for on-premise Exchange or Exchange hybrid scenario.

    If its Exchange hybrid, then it could you possible that ArchiveGUID is mapped to an active mailbox/mailuser or a soft deleted mailbox/mailuser.

    Hi @Efff dd

    This error may indicate some soft-deleted mailboxes are still occupying the ArchiveGuid, which caused the conflict.
