How to submit correction requests to Geo IP filter database?

We are an ISP and have customers reporting that they are unable to access some websites that are using Azure Front Door geo IP blocking in an area that should not be blocked. We acquired the IP space fairly recently (about a year ago). How can we request that our block's geo location be updated so that our customers can access these websites in their regions?

Hello @R504 , welcome to the Microsoft Q&A forum. If I have understood the question correctly even though Azure Font Door Geo filtering is enabled for a particular region the IPs are still getting blocked even though they belong to the same region (The IP space was acquired recently).
If my understanding is correct and if not already known the workaround in this scenario will be to set a geo-filtering rule with the country code as ZZ. The ZZ country code (or Unknown country) captures IP addresses that are not yet mapped to a country in our dataset. You can find more information here.

I have reached out to the team internally regarding if there is a way to raise a request for updating the geolocation for IP space in our internal dataset.

Thanks for the info! We will keep trying to contact the website's administrators to share the geo filtering rule instructions you shared with me. Unfortunately the website is for a very large healthcare organization and the company that manages the Front Door service is a contractor of a contractor of a contractor and we have not been able to get in touch with any administrator that works with the website security. Our only option might be to update Azure's internal dataset, which would also fix this for other websites using the same service.

I'll keep trying to get in touch with one of the company's administrators but if you're able to find a way to submit such a request please let me know!

Our org is being impacted by bad location data for a range of IP's owned by T-Mobile. T-Mobile provides updated current info on their geofeed per common standard here: raw.githubusercontent.com/tmobile/tmus-geofeed/main/tmus-geo-ip.txt.
According to that list, the 172.59.72.0 IP range should reflect US,US-MO,Kansas City as location, but unfortunately Microsoft Azure is reporting it as China. @microsoft do you have any way that your customers can somehow submit a change request or review when you have bad location data?
ARIN and most lookup sites show proper US location.

Microsoft wouldn't help us on this. They opened a support ticket for me, but everyone kept saying that a customer that is using their geoblocking service has to be the one to open a ticket- not the IP range owner that is affected,
