I can't access my visual studio entreprise subscription in the Azure portal

Hello, I'm new to azure , and I have problem accessing my subscription.
In the Visual Studio Subscriptions I can see my subscription " "visual studio enterprise" and its ID and when I activate azure benefit I get that I already activated it and when opening azure portal I can't find "visual studio enterprise"
in the list of subscriptions.
can you help me please.

    Visual studio (MSDN) subscriptions are not supported here on Q&A. You can submit a ticket here for support.
