Hello, initially I created an azure portal of which I am an administrator. This account was created with the company email but registered as a personal account, therefore not belonging to office 365. Now, however, I need it to be an email within a 365 domain and therefore I would like to switch under the work account with the same address mail that has already been created within the company 365. However, I cannot add it because there is already an account with this address which is the one I currently use, so the exact same email but registered as a personal account. I would also like to transfer all privileges to my new 365 user. Can I do it somehow? Thanks in advance.

It isn't possible to merge or migrate microsoft work / personal accounts.

Unfortunately I know that they cannot be merged, but if I could at least add them simultaneously on azure I could use the administrator to give them the necessary rights and then delete them. But if there is already a microsoft account with the same address what should I do? Transfer administrator privileges to a third account and then add the work account after the first one is deleted and then pass them on to the latter? Having them coexist while giving privileges to the work account would be enough for me.
