Not supported processor for Windows 11 update - Intel Core i7-7700HQ (4xCPU) / 32 GB RAM

Question

Not supported processor for Windows 11 update - Intel Core i7-7700HQ (4xCPU) / 32 GB RAM :
the only thing that is not compatible with new Windows is the processor type, please help my explain why is that?
It is pretty fast and the computer has everything that is sufficient for Windows 11, but not this exact processor type? Or maybe should I buy some trashy and slow i3 processor, that is supported by Microsoft? :)))

I7-7700HQ seems to be fully compatible with W11, this seems to be a pure marketing situation, pushing people to buy new hardware (Agreement between Microsoft and Intel ??? who knows ?)
