What is the correct way to configure dhcp on a vm?

Here is my documentation so far. Please help!!!

Server 2008 R2 on VMWare Workstation.

DNS: 192.168.0.2 (server 2008 R2)
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
Default Gateway: 192.168.0.1
Preferred DNS Server: 8.8.8.8

DNS Server Config
Fowarders:Google
8.8.8.8

DHCP Scope
Servers: 192.168.0.3 - 192.168.0.40
Switches: 192.168.1.41 - 192.168.1.85
Routers: 192.168.2.86 - 192.168.2.125
AP's: 192.168.3.126 - 192.168.3.160
Workstations: 192.168.4.161 - 192.168.4.200
