Security tab is missing on random files

Security tab is missing on random files in my server. I have followed the steps provided in the below link but still no luck.

If neither the GPO or registry editions worked for you, most likely is not a restriction but a viewing option.

Click on the Windows start icon and type "File Explorer Options", open it and in the next window, go to the "View" tab - uncheck "Use simple file sharing"
