The solution for SharePoint Server 2019 regarding File path limit of 400 characters

Hi there, I need your kindly support on file path limit on SharePoint Server 2019:

1. Is the limit 260 characters or 400 characters? From my understanding, the 2019 version has increased this value to 400 right? I referred to this page: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sharepoint/what-s-new/new-and-improved-features-in-sharepoint-server-2019
2. What are the considerations for designing this limitation? Security or something else?
3. Is there anything we can do, e.g. configurations or plugins on server side, to fix this problem? As it's really hard for all of our users to change the length of deep directories and many file names.

1. Yes, per my test, SharePoint Server 2019 has increased the maximum file path length limit from 260 characters to 400 characters. The file path is everything after the server name and port number in the URL. File path includes the name of the site and subsites, document library, folders, and the file itself.
2. It's just a SharePoint default setting.
3. Per my knowledge, there is no option to achieve this.
